Arturo was fantastic! We visited two cenotes (dos ojos & nicteha) but you have about 5 to choose from. Followed by a delicious homemade mexican food! The communication and transportation was seamless and the experience was wonderful! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience on our tour. Claire and team were great. They picked us up at the hotel and made some great recommendations for which cenotes to visit. The tour itself was great because we got there early and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Lunch was also amazing. Overall I highly recommend this tour.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience on our tour. Claire and team were great. They picked us up at the hotel and made some great recommendations for which cenotes to visit. The tour itself was great because we got there early and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Lunch was also amazing. Overall I highly recommend this tour.

This excursion was one of the best decisions we made for our family vacation. Hector was our guide and Ervin was our driver. They were both friendly and accommodating and attentive to ensure we were comfortable. We were all very comfortable and had a lot of laughs. Hector was very personable and incredibly knowledgeable. We enjoyed the entire trip which included Tulum, snorkeling in the Cenote, and swimming with the turtles. Tulum was an incredible place to visit given how old the site is and the incredible views. Our guide at Tulum, as well as Hector, shared so many interesting facts about the history of the site. Next we chose to snorkel in the cave Cenote – it was an incredible and unique experience – especially with bats flying overhead. Next was lunch at a Myan village – a great location and authentic food that we all enjoyed very much. Last was swimming with the turtles. Even though the water was a little rough, our guide ensured we saw a few turtles. Life jackets are required and that turned out to be for the best. Throughout the day we had interesting conversations about many topics – cultures, family, religion, politics, etc. It was a great experience to be able to learn more about Mexico and Mexican culture. We will all remember this experience fondly and would love to come back and go on other excursions with Hector and Ervin. We recommend this tour company 100%; they handle everything so all you have to do is enjoy!

Such a wonderful day. Manuel brought it alive! Perfect mix of laughter and insights. The experience was unforgettable. Clair (the owner) was very responsive and helpful with booking, even with spotty Wi-Fi on my end. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We had a wonderful experience snorkeling with turtles, swimming in a cenote plus a Mayan lunch in the jungle. Arturo and Claire are excellent hosts. Great idea to go as a private party. Snorkeling equipment and life jackets, new and sanitised. No rush, felt relaxed and safe the entire time even though you're driving into the jungle in Mexico. A worthwhile experience.

Seriously the highlight of our trip! Both our driver and guide went above and beyond expectations! Chris was our guide and was such a pleasure to talk to and get to know during the drive and throughout the entire tour. We did the Chitzen Itza tour and a swim in a cenote, both were amazing once in a lifetime experiences! Chris was so knowledgeable with all of the history about where we went and even the areas we drove through. He took FLAWLESS photos of us everywhere we went, he knew just the right spot and angle for everything we did to make the pictures looks great.They also go out of their way to get the tickets for the places you will visit in advance so there is virtually no waiting! This experience was worth every penny and gave us amazing memories. Our only regret is that we did not take a selfie with Chris to remember him by. We cannot wait to come back and book these guys for our next adventure, we will absolutely be using them whenever we are in the area!

When I first booked the private tour it felt a little pricey. After having the full experience, it ended up being a great value! Having private transportation for a 2.5 hour drive is worth the price alone. Daniele and Pascual were friendly and knowledgeable. COVID protocols were in place and respected (everybody wore masks in the van and sanitizer was provided). We did do the recommended pickup time of 6:30 AM. We ended up getting to Chichen Itza right as it was opening and avoided large crowds and the heat. Well worth the early wake up call. Daniele gave us a guided tour of the site full of interesting facts about Chichen Itza and Mayan culture. It was ultimately up to us how much time we wanted to spend on site before heading off to Valladolid. We liked having the flexibility. The trip to Valladolid was fairly quick, but enough to see the Zocalo, do some shopping and have a nice lunch. The cost of lunch was included in the tour price and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend booking any of these private tours and would use this company again the next time I am in the Riviera Maya.

We were so glad we found this private tour and had a great day with our guide Juan. Pickup and drop off were seamless. Being able to be on a private tour meant we got to both sites before the huge crowds, and we went at our own pace. Juan was able to provide the perfect amount of time, and information at each place based on our needs. He was friendly and very knowledgable. The authentic lunch in the town by Coba was great food we would have never found on our own. An overall 5 star experience.

Daniel was very knowledgeable of the history and answered all of the questions that we had. After the sight seeing in the ruins, swimming and chilling at Nicte-Ha Cenote was just what we needed. Nitce-Ha was our favorite part, as the crystal clear waters and surrounding jungle were beautiful and serene. Finishing the day-trip with seeing the turtles was just icing on the cake. Fantastic all around, highly recommend!

First off we were initially scheduled to be picked up from our hotel at 7am to get off to an early start to Tulum, but asked last minute, the night before to be picked up at 7:30am instead. It wasn’t a problem. Our tour guide and driver promptly showed up at 7:30am and we were on our way. Our driver Pasquel was focused and reserved, but incredibly nice and our tour guide Manuel was also incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. We first visited Tulum and then went to Dos Ojos Cenote. After swimming in the incredibly beautiful waters of cenote Nicte-Ha we had a delicious lunch and headed back to our hotel. Can’t recommend this tour duo enough! They were great!

I recommend booking early morning, we were the only ones there and got the cenote all to ourselves! Amazing experience! Chris, our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Tulum and cenotes.
