Absolute Adventure Mexico
This was the best choice we made while in Mexico. Having a private tour to Talum, swimming in a cenote and swimming was amazing. What made it better was our driver Omar and guide Alex. Highly recommend a private tour with them.

This was an amazing day! Alex the tour guide and Rodrigo the driver were so fun and made the trip! It was great to get to Tulum early before the crowds and Alex was so knowledgeable of the history and architecture. The Cenotes were beautiful and probably my favorite part of the trip. Alex made sure we were comfortable with our snorkeling gear and swam with us to point different things out. Swimming with the Turtles was awesome too and again Alex made sure we were safe and having fun. The Mayan lunch was also delicious! Would highly recommend this company and Alex and Rodrigo!

Juan and Omar are fantastic, and the tour was just as all the reviews said it would be - amazing. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and also just interesting to speak to. The personalized tour was amazing and really private because Juan knew when to take us everywhere. We had the entire cenote to ourselves. The lunch was the best we had in our entire stay. Thank you very much for the memories!!

Such a fun and unique experience while we were down in Mexico. Both cenotes we went to we’re beautiful and our guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going!

Our tour guide Dulce was really nice and knowledgeable. Dulce picked us up from the Hilton in a van with a driver who stayed while we visited Tulum and a Cenote. They provided lunch as well as waters and cola in between stops. We had a great time! Highly recommend this tour company.

Arturo was an excellent guide!! It starting raining once we began the tour but Arturo was very patient and waited for the rain to stop before we continued. Very knowledgeable and open to questions. Would recommend this tour to others

We had an amazing tour led by Dulce of Absolute Adventures Mexico. We started our day at the magical ruins of Tulum, where Dulce gave us an exceptionally thorough education in the history of this unique Mayan community. She was happy to answer our questions, patient with us when taking photographs, and also acted as a great photographer for us to be included in photos. Following Tulum, we visited two cenotes: Nicte Ha and Taak Bi Ha. Each were exquisite and unique. Dulce expertly guided us through and around each. We finished our tour with a fun lunch at a local restaurant where we were able to further enjoy Dulce's delightful personality. If you are considering a tour of Tulum and/or the cenotes, do not hesitate to book with Absolute Adventures Mexico; and ask for Dulce!

Our tour of two cenotes was amazing. Arturo (our guide) and Rodrigo (our driver) were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The cenotes were really magical and we were very lucky to have them pretty much to ourselves-it’s definitely a good idea to get there early! I highly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico to anyone looking to book a trip in the area!

Alex and Omar gave an amazing tour! I learned so much about the Mayan ruins as it was my first time and Alex also had an answer to every questions! I also got to experience snorkling for the first time and Alex was very patient while my group and I took pictures!

Juan was absolutely phenomenal, and we felt so safe with Carlos behind the wheel.During our Private tour we learned so much from Juan. Amazing tour! Everything was set up through the app. We were picked up right at our main lobby and went straight to the cenote. Juan took care of tickets and our equipment. The cenote is stunning. We hopped in and swam around for a while, then Juan guided us through the tighter areas and into the bat cave!! He was always willing to wait and take pictures with our phone and/or GoPro. The views under the water were breathtaking! Since this is a private tour we had plenty of time to explore and just enjoy the cenote. Lunch after was very good! Our driver did a great job and we all felt safe on the entire trip! This was a perfect half day getaway for our group!

We booked a private tour with Alex G and our driver Omar to the Tulum ruins, a cenote and snorkling with the turtles in Akumal. Alex and Claire were kind enough to allow us to switch the snorkle portion for another cenote since our resort was right next to snorkle excursion. It was an amazing suggestion and we loved both cenotes!!! Alex was fun and friendly, he communicated really well and knew all about the Mayan ruins. Private tours are the way to go! No regrets, it was one of our favorite parts of our trip. Thanks guys!!! And thank you to Claire for thinking of her clients first!

We had an amazing day with Arturo snorkeling with the turtles in Akumal Bay and visiting a cenote. Everything was seamless from start to finish with booking. Excellent communication. Day of they were on time, with a big, clean, well air conditioned van for our family and Arturo, our guide, couldn't have been better. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We went to an incredible cenote and were the only ones there in the morning. So magical. Could not have been a better day!

Carlos was our driver and Dulce was our guide. They were both excellent. Carlos is an experienced driver and treated us well the whole tour never forgetting to offer us refreshments or helping us with our snorkel gear. Dulce is incredibly knowledgeable about the Mayans, she educated us about the history of Tulum and the Mayan pantheon. After our tour of Tulum, we went snorkeling on the reef just outside the ruins. It was gorgeous and a lot of fun. Then we went to a cenote which was a one of a kind experience followed by lunch and a local Mayan owned restaurant that served us the best meal we’ve had so far on our trip. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family and would definitely book again for myself.

Juan was our guide on 3 adventures. My family and I had a great time with his guidance. Juan is engaging at all levels and just a good all around person. Juan has much knowledge he has learned about the historical events and sites and his personality is exceptional. I would recommend Absolute Adventures to anyone interested in a great site tour!

We loved our tour of Chichen Itza and our visit to the cenote. Juan was our tour guide and he made the day wonderful. He was attentive, flexible, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We enjoyed the history and information in Chichen Itza before coming off in the gorgeous cenote. Lunch was delicious, especially when following Juan’s recommendation. Would highly recommend this tour and Juan!

We had a great time on our excursion with Dulce (our guide) and Omar (our driver). We were picked up on time at 7:30 a.m. We got to Tulum about five minutes before it opened. Dulce guided us through the ruins, gave us a lot of historical information and took pictures of us. Then we went to two cenotes where she swam with us. Highly recommend going to the cenote in a cave. That was a very unique experience. Omar also came along to take pictures of us. Then we had a nice lunch at the restaurant with Dulce and returned to the hotel by about 12:30. Was supposed to take longer but our hotel was close by. Remember to wear comfortable shoes to Tulum because there’s a lot of walking. Suggest water shoes for the cave. We loved doing this completely private tour and would use this company again.

The Mayan Ruins tour and tequila tasting were SO much fun. Chris, our guide was super knowledgeable and funny. He made it very enjoyable. Make sure to bring bug repellent! That was the only down side.

Loved the Dos Ojos cenote tour! Arturo was excellent and a great tour guide! Highly recommend! Wouldn’t have had the first clue how to navigate the different cenotes without him. Great lunch afterward also. Well worth the $.

What a fantastic tour and guide (Arturo) we had during our tour of the cenotes. My kids loved the experience of swimming in the Cenotes and jumping off the cliffs. Zip lining was an added bonus. Tour ended with a delicious lunch.

Everything about this tour was amazing. I never had an issue with communication when booking this tour and asking questions. Prompt responses all the time! Driver was on time to pick us up and we had cold drinks in our van. We didn’t have to worry about getting tickets or findings where to go because our tour guide, Arturo, took care of everything! The whole tour was amazing! We were a group of 7 girls for a bachelorette trip and everyone had nothing but excellent things to say! Arturo provided us with so much facts about the cenote and made us all feel very welcome! He was patient with our group when we asked for many pictures too! I can’t recommend this company enough! Im already having withdrawals from this tour and will recommend to everyone! Excellent excellent excellent!!

Loved our tour with Juan even though he is a self confessed psychopath 😉 worth every penny and not really too much more than a group tour but you are able to arrive at Chichen when the gates open and walk around with very few people. Juan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He conveyed the history of the site in an engaging and funny manner and we really enjoyed our day with him. Bonus points for managing to take a nice photo of us 🙂 Would highly recommend!

Great communication from start to finish. Excellent tour to punta laguna and Coba. Juan and Carlos were great tour guides and driver. Very patient and never felt rushed even with getting 2 eighty year old s into a canoe... Good monkey sightings, zip line good and center great.....An excellent tour of Coba, bicycle taxis very comfy, Juan very knowledgeable.

We had such a lovely tour. Arturo our guide taught us a lot about the cenotes. We were in Dos Ojos in the morning and we had the place all to our selves! We visited 3 very different cenotes and even did some ziplining. A week ago we did a tour with another company (not a private tour), but I would highly recommand the private one, worth every Penny! Thanks Arturo and off course our excellent driver!

The first thing that impressed me with Absolute Adventure Mexico was the speed and quality of the information and guidance I received when trying to select a tour. Nothing pushy, just clear honest feedback and suggestions tailored to the needs of my family.Pricing was clear and I only needed to pay a deposit to secure our tour. I then received detailed information confirming our itinerary, pickup time and details clarifying what we would need to bring on the day.On the morning of the tour one of my children was feeling extreme anxiety and was unable to leave the hotel room. We were shown incredible understanding and the guide was able to adjust things so that they could swing back via our hotel after the first two activities so that my wife and youngest child could join the final activity, the turtle snorkeling, which they enjoyed immensely thanks to the flexibility and understanding of Absolute Adventure Mexico. Obviously, something like this is a unique situation and I did not expect such understanding so this was very much appreciated by us all!The tour started at the Tulum ruins where Juan's pre arrival preparations ensured we were literally the first through the gate after a short wait at the entrance. His knowledge of the history of the Mayan's was shared with myself and my daughters in a very personable way that was both interesting and educational. Juan pointed out the best places to take pictures and acted as personal photographer to give us many family photos. This set us up well for the next part of the day, the Cenote snorkeling.After booking the tour Absolute Adventure Mexico offered us several options of Cenote depending on your level of experience. Some open, some underground, different levels of complexity etc. We selected Taak Bi Ha which was an underground Cenote that was suitable for beginners. I'm not a strong swimmer, unlike my children, and this suited me well. Absolute Adventure Mexico provided us with snorkels and live jackets that really helped to give us a confident and enjoyable experience. Taak Bi Ha is set in a limestone cavern of varying depths but mainly relatively shallow. Juan again pointed out all the best views including underwater tunnels of the river system. He also turned photographer again to secure our memories digitally.After a short drive for lunch at a nearby restaurant, that was included in our tour fee, we headed out to the beach, collecting the rest of my family on the way, where we were introduced to our specialist guide for the sea turtle swim. I elected not to venture out to sea for the swim so Juan and I waited in a nearby bar/restaurant while my wife and children enjoyed the turtle swim where they saw many turtles plus Rays and plentiful fish around the coal reef.Aside the tour itself, I enjoyed chatting with Juan whilst we waited the return of the others sharing stories about our families and history before the rest returned to tell us excitedly about their swim.Finally it was time to return to our hotel, at the Bahia Principe, a short drive away.After many thanks and goodbyes it was time for us to reflect on a wonderful experience made all the more special by Absolute Adventure Mexico.We cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're unsure whether to book a tour or you're unsure who to book with I'd 100% recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico. They were amazing!

Great day ! They handled our group of 20 without any problems . Cenotes underground were amazing . Lunch was best we have had this trip . Sea turtles babies and large turtles in natural habitat. Great day for our family and friends
