5 stars and above for sure! Hatch Athletic is THE essential pregnancy and postpartum resource for rehab! Kat at Hatch Athletic has literally been amazing! Provided support throughout the onboarding process so far and helped with the many questions I have had even before then. The team has been really supportive in providing relevant resources and made the birth of our first child a much less scary process knowing I’ve already got a rehab plan in place for both training and nutrition! Kat’s level of knowledge is outstanding and getting it across in a way which makes it understandable is just fab. Thanks Kat! And everyone at Hatch Athletic. I cannot recommend the postpartum program more! I completed the Hatch Athletic postpartum program. It was so important to me to return back to CrossFit with the proper rehab and knowledge after having my boy. I know postpartum is forever and I wanted to do a program where I would learn more about my new body but also only return to my sport properly. The program itself was amazing. I was able to do workouts at home if I could not get to the gym. After completing the program I felt confident enough to begin to go to classes and scale as needed but also focus on building strength back while still rehabbing and using the drills/ skills I learned from the program. I have recommended this program to so many friends who have had babies or having babies. I could not recommend it more. It’s so important to really take care of ourselves after having a baby.

Best postpartum programme for athletes out there I've signed up to Hatch Athletic programme after my second pregnancy. Having done CrossFit for some years prior I was keen to properly recover postpartum to enable me to build a solid foundation. I was very impatient at the start, wanting to get into fast & sweaty HIIT style workouts but in retrospect massively appreciate the time and the exercises as they eased me back to control my body, breathing, and help build that solid foundation for some intense training that followed. I also enjoyed its community of strong momma's supporting one another with handy tips and just keeping ourselves honest and belonging. Now over 2 years after completing the Hatch Athletic postpartum programme I'm still utilising and using some exercises and breath work to help me keep my pelvic floor in check. I can lift heavy, jump and do gymnastics without any worries now. Stronger than ever and that's all thanks to Hatch clever programming. highly recommended to all athletes from all sport backgrounds.

Best pregnancy and post baby course… Best pregnancy and post baby course ever! As a physio myself, I only go for the best physio led programmes! Kat's course is extremely detailed, just the right amount of information, easy to follow, not too overwhelming and really empowers and educates women who are pregnant. The post baby rehabilitation course is excellent for women who want to go back into intense exercise safely. I love the way she talks about mental health too, the importance of leaving behind your ego and how this helps with building up gradually. I have recommended it to NHS women's health departments, who approve and love the course, and tell their athletic patients about it.

Highly recommended for CrossFit If you are a CrossFitter who gets funny looks when you ask a midwife if you can still do kipping toes to bar in the second trimester, Hatch Athletic is for you! The pregnancy course was INVALUABLE to me and I recommend it to everyone I meet! The Facebook group is supportive and responsive and Kat’s lives are also great even if you have to watch them on catch up #mumlife

Non-Cross-Fitter - loved it! Not from a cross fit background (more triathlon) but i LOVED Hatch's postpartum program after my second daughter. I loved the gentle build up to strength but also really enjoyed getting my heart rate going, which a lot of PP programs just don't do. It even got me tempted to try cross fit! Felt strong and healthy at the end, even with a significant diastasis. Cannot recommend more highly. Thank you Kat!

Finally a program built for mums! Currently on the postpartum program and loving every minute! The program is well thought through and you can tell it has been developed by a mumma for mummas out there wanting to get back to doing what they love. It’s easy to follow at home and takes all the guess work out of the postpartum rehab/recovery process. Cannot recommend enough!

The Best Post Partum Course out there. I completed the Hatch Athletic Post Partum Course in 2020 after having my son. I loved it from start to finish. I felt stronger and more stable week to week. Some of the exercises are repeated at week 6 to check in on progress. Coming from a Crossfit background, I loved the addition of a few mini wods. I hope to complete the Pregnancy Course and Post Partum Course for my next pregnancy (the Pregnancy Course wasn't available when I was pregnant). Thanks for creating such an amazing course.

My family took a private tour to Ek Balam and a Cenote and it was an amazing experience with Absolute Adventure and their team!!! Our tour guide, Juan (JJ), was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely knowledgeable, fun to hang out with, great with my two kids, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great day! He literally ran a mile to get our tickets before the crowds showed up; talk about incredible service! THANK YOU, again, JUAN!!! Claire, the co-owner, was also extremely helpful when we had to make a last minute change of plans and responded super fast! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend using Absolute Adventure Mexico for taking an excursion; I’ll definitely be using them again on my next vacation to Mexico!!!

What an amazing excursion! Alex was an incredible guide. He's super knowledgeable, explains things clearly, gives great context, and is just fun to hang out with. The cenote we chose was an underground cave, and Alex knew all about stalagmites, stalactites, geological formations, etc. Lunch was excellent and we were even able to add on a stop on Quinta Avenida for a few hours. Rodrigo was also a great driver, on time and accommodating. The private tour was well worth it, but I highly recommend booking with Absolute Adventure either way.

I’ve been to the Riviera Maya several times now, but this was by far the best day yet!! Dulce and Carlos picked us up early and took us straight to Tulum, where we had a private tour of the ruins before any of the large groups or tour buses arrived. It was beautiful, and Dulce was a wealth of knowledge about the area and the culture. After finishing our exploration there, we went to the cenote - we chose the cave experience. They provided us with a life jacket and snorkel, and Dulce swam with us, using her flashlight to point out the formations inside the cenote. It was like another world! Upon finishing our swim, we had an excellent lunch at a nearby restaurant, then we headed to Akumal. An Akumal guide led us out from the beach into the ocean, and we swam past so many turtles eating the grass along the bottom out to the coral reef, which was alive with so many tropical fish and sea urchins! We swam along for a while, spotting stingrays, starfish, more turtles, and so many kinds of fish! It was absolutely incredible! After changing clothes, Carlos has cold drinks ready for our ride back to the hotel. I honestly cannot imagine a better way to spend 6-7 hours, and our hosts were just lovely. 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to book this tour!!!

We had the best two days with JJ. Day 1 we toured the Tulum and Coba ruins. Day 2 we did the private tour of two cenotes. JJ was knowledgeable and personable. He timed our terms perfectly so that we had the cenotes to ourselves and virtually had the Tulum ruins to ourselves. Can’t recommend him enough.

Arturo was an excellent guide and very enjoyable to be with. He guided us on an enjoyable adventure of the Tulume ruins, a cenote swim and a swim with turtles. Highly recommend!!!

We fit two cenotes into this day trip (We got to choose from three possibilities) including a spectacular swim through a cave filled with stalactites. We chose this tour hoping to fit a lot in one day and Arturo made that happen, expertly getting us through throngs of tourists to enjoy the highlights of Tulum. It was great to be picked up and to be able to leave our items without worry in the van with our driver. All snorkeling equipment was provided. Thanks Arturo for your insight into Mayan culture! Wonderful day.

Juan and Carlos are the best!! Juan gave an awesome tour of the ruin. He knew everything about the history, what each building was, and answered any questions we had. Juan also got us there early before it got super busy. We went to a cenote in a cave. It was amazing! The water was so clear and dry refreshing. We had lunch at a local restaurant. Get the taco/empinada sampler. So good. Then we swam with sea turtles. We saw so many turtles! Big turtles baby turtles, starfish and other fish. The turtles were not afraid of people and will surface for air near you. Fantastic experience. If you only have time for one excursion this is the one you want.

THE MOST AMAZING experience. BOOK YOUR TOUR NOW . Booked a tour to snorkel with turtles and swim in a cenote . We woke up 15 minutes after pick up time and scrambled to get outside JUAN was our driver , who waited for us and welcomed us with open arms . He put our minds at easy and assured us not to worry . HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to make our experience amazing, took photos , shared stories and made us feel EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I simply cannot say enough good things about him . HE IS TRULY so kind hearted& full of life . Please make sure to show gratitude and respect for your your guides and TIP THEM . What a great day!! Dulce, are guide, and Rodrego, our driver, provided a fabulous adventure. We had a group with many requests (vegan food and activities for 5 year olds) and everything was great. Everyone, young and “old” had an amazing time. Dolce was very knowledgeable about the history of Tulum and the sites that we visited. We chose the cave cenoté and it did not disappoint! On the snorkeling part of our adventure we were blessed to see several sea turtles, rays, starfish, squid and lots of fish. Rodrigo got us from place to place with speed, safety and comfort. Would recommend this group 100 out of 100 times!

We had such an incredible time on our tour with Alex as our guide and Carlos as our driver! We started the day touring the Tulum ruins, then went snorkeling in a beautiful cenote, and finished with a tasty Mayan lunch. Alex was a very knowledgeable tour guide and made the ruins come alive with interesting facts and stories. He also was able to answer all of our many questions. Carlos was professional and friendly. We highly recommend this tour!

Very friendly atmosphere and professionalism of our tour guy, Alex. We were group of 7 people and enjoyed this trip a lot. Alex offered fluent English and deep knowledge of Mayan culture along with easy going approach and good sense of humor. Perfect trip, highly recommended!

We went on a private Cenote tour with Arturo. The quality of the experience was exceptional, and that’s thanks to our knowledgeable, personable, and clearly experienced tour guide. The “dos ojos” cenote was particularly stunning and an adventure we won’t soon forget. Don’t hesitate to book this experience!

We went jan 2nd 2023 with Arturo as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, spoke English well, and took time to explain things to our 8 and 10yo. Would highly recommend thos service with Arturo. Easy well paced tour. Well worth the money and much better than a group guided tour.
