Just like they promised! This was an incredible, personal, and educational experience. Enrique got us from place to place safely and Alex is an excellent guide. Knowledgeable and friendly. One can tell he really cares about the material and the beauty and wonder that the Mayan civilization represents. This also was NOT a tour that puts you in a position to visit stores or tequila tastings. Just exactly what they promise. The cenote is an amazing geological destination. Will definitely use Absolute Adventures again and highly recommend!

Private tour of Chichen Itza with Josh We had a private tour of Chichen Itza, Cenote, and Valladolid with Joshua. Incredibly nice tour guide. Very knowledgeable. In the morning, coffee and bread was included. Lunch was included, not too bad but small portions so beware of that. Snacks and beverages were included on bus. Our tour started at 6:30 am, recommend going early before the crowds. Definitely recommend Josh.

Great private tour of Chichen Itz? My husband, 16 year old daughter, and I went on a private tour of Chichen Itz? this week. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. Our guide, Joshua, was able to answer all our questions and made Mexican/Mayan history so interesting. You could tell he loved history and enjoyed sharing it with his clients. Even our teenager was 100% engaged in the experience. Our driver, Enrique, did an excellent job of making us feel safe on the road and kept our belongings safe while we walked around the sites. We didn?t think a big bus tour would have delivered nearly the same experience. Additionally, my husband walks with a walker, but Absolute Adventure was so accommodating and helpful that it was pretty easy for him to fully participate. I highly recommend!

Great day! Very pleased with this tour We chose the private tour of the Tulum ruins, our choice of cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles. Arturo and Omar picked us up right on time and we arrived at the Tulum ruins before the crowds (8am). Arturo was extremely knowledgable and explained so many things on the tour. We really learned quite a bit. After that, Arturo explained the three cenotes to choose from. We decided to go to Cenote Jajuar with ziplining and cliff jumping. We were pretty much the only people there so that was really nice. Arturo never hurried us along-he made it clear we could stay as long as we wanted. We had a very nice lunch at a local restaraunt and then headed to snorkel with the seat turtles. Once inside, Arturo set us up with a guide to take us out into the water. Very fun and unique experience-we were able to see several sea turtles with the help of the guide. Overall, a great day with an extremely knowledgable, easy going guide who let us go at our own pace and a friendly driver who made getting in and out of places convenient and easy! Highly recommend!

Amazing and Memorable tour of Chichen Itza My husband and I booked a private tour to Chichen Itza and what an amazing experience it was! We had the pleasure of having Alex as our guide, who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very interesting with a wonderful personality. We learned so much from him! The tour itself is timed perfectly, allowing for sufficient time at all of our destinations. Additionally, our driver Omar is amazing and made us feel safe the entire trip. Lastly, I?d like to thank Claire for being super timely and responsive to all the questions I had prior to booking. We will definitely be scheduling all future tours with Absolute Adventure!

Amazing sights and an equally amazing guide. Private tour of the Mayan ruins, snorkeling in a cenote and snorkeling with turtles (and lunch at a wonderful local restaurant-Juanita?s). Our guide (Alex) was absolutely top-notch. He was pleasant, engaging, knowledgeable- and every other guide we passed by elicited that Alex was the best- and our group agree 100%. Highly recommended .

Absolutely Amazing Our Absolute Adventure excursion was SO amazing - and definitely the highlight of our trip! Tulum was breathtaking and snorkeling in Cenote Taak Bi Ha was such an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Joshua, was fantastic, and we would absolutely request him again if given the opportunity. He was so knowledgeable and engaging in his retelling of history, and he was happy to answer our many, many questions - about Tulum, the cenotes, and life in Mexico. From Monica & Greg

Incredible experience & memories! Our family had an absolutely fantastic day with Arturo (our guide) & Carlos (our driver). We opted for a 7am start from The Fives in order to tour both Tulum & Coba before visiting/swimming at Choo-Ha & Tankach-ha cenotes & wrapping up with a tasty meal in Coba. Arturo was both knowledgeable & friendly with our whole family... personally engaging all 3 of our kids (12yrs, 16yrs, 18yrs) all throughout the day. Tulum was our first stop & stunning in the mid-morning sunlight. Coba was our second stop & we enjoyed biking btwn the various sites. We're glad we opted to visit both ruins & definitely appreciated Arturo's ability to help us understand the development of the Mayan civilization via compare/contrast ruins. The cenotes were a great way to cool off & understand how local geology/hydrology intertwined with Mayan civilization. The stalagmites/stalactites in Choo-Ha were amazing & jumping/swimming/snorkeling in Tankach-ha was a great experience for our whole family! Arturo jumped from the 30-ft platform with my older teens & was very patient with my daughter & I as we worked up the courage to jump from the 15ft platform 😉 Can not thank Carlos enough for making us feel safe as he navigated the remote locations & congestion all day long! Incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories we were able to make on this ruin/cenote tour with Arturo & Carlos!

Tulum Ruins , lagoon and cenote was amazing! This trip was amazing with one of the best tour guides in the business ?JJ? and his driver ?Omar?! He got us to the Mayan Ruins before all the crowds and gave us the most in depth tour with a vast knowledge of the Mayan culture and history! We then went for a swim in a Lagoon and a cenote where he was there with us the whole step of the way! We then had a wonderful lunch in Akumal! What an excursion it was!

Highly Recommended! Juan was the guide for our trip to Ek Balam - he was the best! He was so knowledgeable about Mayan culture, the Yucat?n peninsula and Riviera Maya, the history and ecology of the area, current events - everything! Our driver was great too. We were the first to arrive at the pyramid and were able to climb it and enjoy the views before any crowds arrived (if they did). The cenote was very relaxing and also just had a very few people to share it with. We had an incredible lunch at Restaurante Ahumados in Temoz?n - absolutely delicious! We highly recommend and will use Absolute Adventure Mexico again!

Excellent trip to Coba Ruins and Cenotes. We had a wonderful tour to Cob? Ruins, 2 cenote (swimming in one), and a wonderful authentic Mexican lunch. We had the Coba ruins practically to ourselves. We even saw monkeys while at the ruins. Our guide Arturo was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Our driver Carlos was an excellent and safe driver. The early pickup time was well worth it since we beat the crowds to the ruins and cenote. Thanks for a memorable time. My 13 year old and 11 year old enjoyed it as well.

This company provided a hassle free and extremely enjoyable experience. We chose the day trip in Tulum which included a morning tour through the Mayan ruins, snorkeling in a cenote (choice of three options), lunch, and swimming with sea turtles in Akumal. The guide (Josh) and driver (Carlos) were friendly, professional, and informative. We did not feel rushed through any experience and appreciated the planning/timing of the day. This was a fantastic experience.

We did the Private Tulum ruins and single Cenote tour. It was absolutely wonderful thanks to Omar and Arturo. Arturo suggested the Cenote we should try and it was wonderful for snorkeling novices. Definitely try them out and use their services and surely you won?t be disappointed.

Pick this tour! Best way to see the Cenotes! This tour exceeded all expectations. Joshua was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. The pace of the tour was perfect, we did not feel rushed or pushed along. The private tour is definitely the way to go. We learned so much during our time. Thank you Carlos for getting us there and back safely! A truly delightful tour. Definitely recommend!

AMAZING!! So worth it to do the private tour! Our guide Alex was the best ever, and Carlos was our driver who was also the best! We totally got to ask all our questions and get told a ton of info while seeing the sights! __ Worth it!

A fascinating tour and one of the best guides ever. Excellent tour in every way. We took the complimentary ferry provided by Virgin Voyages from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen. Our guide Juan P was on time to pick us up at the Playa ferry port, and Omar, our driver, was ready a block away to start the tour. Tulum was, as expected, spectacular, all the more so with the engaging commentary provided by Juan. Besides the valuable information provided by Juan, he was very strategic in helping us avoid much of the line and finding shady places at Tulum to fill us in on what we were experiencing. The following snorkeling in a nearby Cenote was not only scenically fascinating but very refreshing after a fairly hot morning at Tulum. We then had a delicious lunch at a charming local restaurant.

Wonderful private Dos Ojos Cenote Tour for the family! My family (two adults and 14 yo teenagers) had a great private Dos Ojos Cenote private tour with Arturo. The driver (Grigorio - not sure of the spelling) was also very pleasant and courteous. The pick up from the hotel was seamless and drive to Dos Ojos was smooth. Wet suits, snorkel gear, flashlights, etc were all provided. Arturo did a wonderful job explaining how cenotes were formed and was patient and friendly throughout the experience. The bat cave was really fascinating! The only thing that wasn't outstanding was the included lunch that was at the end of the tour - the restaurant is the one that is on the Dos Ojos Cenote property, and while the waitress and staff were super friendly and attentive, the food itself was bland and juices watered down. Overall, I recommend this particular tour and if I get a chance to head back to the Yucatan area, I'd defo reach out to Absolute Adventure Mexico for some other cenote excursions!

Memories that will live on?. Best tour guide, Alex!!!! Gave you enough historical information without overloading us! We arrived at the ideal time when there were less tourists and left when the crowds arrived. Gave us do?s and don?ts tips, which was very helpful for our group! Our group had the best time in both Tulum and Akumal with a final stop for an authentic Mexican lunch at a local restaurant!

Spectacular day spent exploring the ruins, swimming in the cenote, and ending with a delicious lunch. Our tour guide Alex and driver Rodrigo made a great trip even better. Highly recommend using Absolute Adventure.
